Privacy Policy

MacroEntity is a product of Sakamoto Labs LLC (“we”), a Florida company. It keeps the corporate records of the companies you manage. This policy explains what we store, how your documents are processed, and how you remove them.
What we store
- Account data: your email and name, and a hash of your password — or your Google identity if you sign in with Google.
- Your workspace: the entities you add, the documents you upload, and the facts drawn from them and applied by you — directors, officers and managers, holders and share classes, board powers, checklist status and the group structure.
- Corporate documents usually name people other than you: founders, directors, investors, employees who received options. You should upload only documents you are entitled to share with us for this purpose.
Where your documents live
Uploaded files are stored in a private Google Cloud Storage bucket with public access blocked, and are served only to you, signed in to your account. Structured records are stored in Google Cloud. A single cookie keeps you signed in; we set no advertising or tracking cookies.
How documents are read
To file a document and propose facts from it, its text (or, for a photo or scan, the image) is sent to DeepInfra, which runs the AI models that read it. That is the only purpose it is sent for, and MacroEntity never uses your documents to train models. Proposed facts are never applied to your records until you review them.
What we don't do
We do not show ads, sell your data, or share it with anyone other than the providers that run the service — Google Cloud for hosting and storage, and DeepInfra for reading documents — and only as needed to run it.
Deletion
Deleting a document deletes its file from storage along with its record. Deleting your account deletes your workspace and every file in it.
